Registration for the ESHNR 2025 Annual Meeting & Refresher Course is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registration forms without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received at the ESHNR bank account and will be considered as incomplete and adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Registration fees below are excluding 20% VAT.

Registration Deadlines
Early Reg Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2025
Middle Reg Deadline: Sunday, August 03, 2025
Late Registration Fee: from Monday, August 04 onwards

Member Registration
Reduced congress registration is available for all active ESHNR members in 2025. The registration system will automatically check your membership status.

Resident Registration
Reduced congress registration is available for residents.

Student Registration
Reduced congress registration is available for students.

Workshop Registration
This add-on ticket is available for everyone with a valid congress registration. Max. 50 workshop tickets are available. Workshop tickets are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended.
