From Mentee to Mentor – Growing Within our Community
Many of our mentors began their journey as mentees themselves. Through this programme, students and trainees gain insights, confidence, and professional awareness that later empower them to take on mentoring roles for others.
This cycle of learning and giving back is right at the heart of the ESHNR Shine Working Group’s mission: to cultivate a strong, supportive, and internationally connected community of future head and neck radiologists.
